FAQs
Who will benefit the most from working with Eliza?
Motivated women excited about taking steps and making changes. My clients lead busy lives filled with hectic jobs, demanding family obligations and are looking for more out of their lives. Many of my clients come to me to feel better in their own skin, add in more acceptable forms of self care and finally overcome emotional eating. They’re always on the go and don’t know how to slow down and take time for themselves. However they recognize the value and power of having someone work with them to get healthy and happy and are struggling with extra weight, bingeing, cravings and they are ready to take the steps to change and feel amazing once and for all.
What is expected of the client?
Show up, bring something with you to work on at every session and do your end of the work. It’s really not that hard, however I can’t ‘fix’ your life or diet- only you can ultimately cultivate small changes that create huge shifts. What I can do is to be your guide, confidant, go-to idea woman ready to meet you where you are at and help you transition to the next step.
Who is NOT likely to benefit from a program?
Any individual who is expecting me to do all the work or looking for a quick fix. This program involves effort by the client. Also, individuals who are very closed off to change or are not interested in any sort of self work.

How can I get the most out of a program and reach my goals?
- Ask for support when you need it. I love being there for my clients – through the wins and struggles.
- Be open and interested. It is impossible to accept change into your life if you are simply unwilling to do so.
- Be easy on yourself. This is a growth and learning process – you didn’t learn to read in one day! Be easy on yourself and be kind to yourself and this wonderful new phase in your life!
Do you sell supplements or meal replacement items?
What led you to becoming a Certified Health Coach?
For many years I worked in a the fast paced Fashion Industry in NYC – although it was a creative job I was certainly passionate about, it wasn’t ‘the career’ for me. I was plagued with massive amounts of stress, fatigue, overworked and underpaid. Soon I had chronic migraines, sleepless nights, my skin was wrecked (not good when you work in an industry based on what you look like!) and it felt like everything was falling apart. I felt that I deserved more. And, I do deserve more just as you deserve more. We are constantly made to believe we need to follow a set of guidelines and stay among the status quo. I do not believe this. Part of my passion is helping people heal but the other half of that passion is helping people to live the lives of their dreams! I am a student of life and I am open and honest with my clients about where I have been vs. where I am today. Sharing my message of self love, living a life of passion, joy and health is what excites me and I love helping others become a shining example of what excites them so they can bring more joy into their lives and the lives of those they share their lives with.
